平素より「My ASUKA CLUB」をご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、「My ASUKA CLUB」の新規入会用登録フォームをリニューアルいたします。
従来は日本語版と英語版のフォームを別々にご用意しておりましたが、リニューアル後は、1つのフォームで日本語または英語を選択して登録できるようになります。

これに伴い、「My ASUKA CLUB」のサイトのメンテナンスを実施するため、以下の通りサービスを一時停止させていただきます。メンテナンス期間中は「My ASUKA CLUB」と『My ASUKA PLANS（マイアスカプラン）』のすべてのサービスがご利用できません。
ご不便をおかけし申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

■リニューアル日時
2025年12月17日（水）午前9時以降

※リニューアル後の仮登録ページには日本語と英語が併記されており、本登録ページは最初に日本語が表示されますが、「英語ページへの切り替えボタン」により英語表示に変更できます。

Notice: Renewal of “My ASUKA CLUB” Registration Form (Japanese/English) – Dec 17

Thank you for using My ASUKA CLUB.

We will be renewing our registration form. After the renewal, you can select either Japanese or English on a single form.
The provisional registration page will display both Japanese and English. The main registration page will be in Japanese by default, but you can switch to English using a button.

Renewal Date: December 17, 2025, from 9:00 AM (JST)

Closure and Suspension of Registration Forms:

English form: Registration will be suspended from December 15, 2025, 11:00 PM (JST)
Japanese form: Unavailable on December 17, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (JST)
During these times, you will not be able to log in to My ASUKA CLUB or use related services, including My ASUKA PLANS.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
